In-Person and Online Therapy
for Individuals in Colorado

Support for adults who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin healing from the inside out.

Something Deeper Is Asking for Your Attention

You might know where your patterns come from and why you respond the way you do. Yet, you may still find yourself repeating the same painful cycles or feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living.

Therapy offers more than insight. It creates space to slow down, listen with curiosity, and gently turn toward the parts of yourself that have been asking for your attention all along.

Not to endlessly analyze the past.
Not to collect more information about yourself.

But to cultivate the awareness, safety, and self-compassion that allow lasting change to emerge. When we begin relating to ourselves differently, the way we move through our relationships and our lives often begins to change as well.

Therapy That Includes the Whole Self

Understanding yourself is an important part of healing—but lasting change often requires going deeper.

Healing involves more than examining your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns.

Healing asks us to sit lovingly with our wounded parts, to look at protective patterns that no longer serve us, and to loosen our grip so that we can open to trust, support, and self-compassion.

Together, we’ll explore why you feel the way you do and what your experiences may be asking you to notice, understand, and heal.

I believe healing happens when we make space for every part of your experience. My approach weaves together mindfulness, evidence-based therapies like CBT and ACT, somatic awareness, and nervous system-informed care to help you better understand yourself—not just intellectually, but in a way that creates meaningful change.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Whether you’ve experienced a psychedelic journey, a spiritual opening, or another expanded state of awareness, integration offers a grounded space to explore what emerged.

These experiences can bring insight, healing, emotion, and sometimes uncertainty.

With specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, I offer preparation support, post-journey integration, and space to process the emotions, insights, and shifts that may arise within a legal and ethical framework.

Support for Anxiety, Depression & Life Transitions

You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unlike yourself.

Anxiety can look like:

  • A mind that won’t slow down

  • Constant worry or overthinking

  • Feeling on edge or unable to relax

  • Perfectionism or people-pleasing

  • Difficulty feeling present

Depression can feel like:

  • Disconnection from yourself or others

  • Loss of motivation or meaning

  • Emotional heaviness

  • Feeling stuck or unlike yourself

Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing while building greater awareness, regulation, and connection.

What Sessions Might Look Like

The moment you sit across from me, we are building your capacity to be with your own experience, and to trust that you already have everything you need inside of you—it’s just a matter of clearing the way for it to show up.

Our work together integrates:

Relational Therapy
Healing happens through connection. Together, we create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and curiosity. I’m here to listen, hold space, and help give insight when needed.

Somatic & Nervous System Work
Your body often carries information your mind does not yet have words for. We’ll pay attention to emotions, sensations, and patterns to support deeper healing.

Mindfulness & Grounding Practices
We’ll cultivate awareness and develop practices that help you feel more present, regulated, and connected.

This Work May Be For You If...

How Payment Works

I offer therapy through private pay, allowing us to create a more personalized and flexible therapeutic experience centered around your unique needs and goals.

Working outside of insurance allows us to focus on the depth of your healing without being limited by insurance requirements around diagnosis, treatment goals, or session frequency.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss fees, scheduling, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
