How I work

My approach is grounded, relational, and experiential.

While I draw from mindfulness-based therapy and trauma-informed clinical work, I also pay close attention to the nervous system, emotional patterns, and the deeper meaning underneath what you are experiencing.

In sessions, we may:

  • Slow down and track what is happening in the body

  • Explore patterns in relationships and attachment

  • Work with anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown from the inside out

  • Make space for grief, identity shifts, or life transitions

  • Integrate experiences from expanded states of awareness (meditation, psychedelic experiences, spiritual openings)

  • Reconnect with your own inner clarity and sense of direction

This is not a skills-based or surface-level approach.

It is depth work that unfolds over time.

Somatic Awareness in Therapy

Our bodies carry stories — often beneath the surface of our awareness. I bring an intuitive, body-aware lens to my work.

This might look like:

  • Noticing where emotions show up physically

  • Using grounding or breath-based practices

  • Gently tracking sensations in the present moment

These tools can help you regulate your nervous system, access insight, and feel more connected. We always move at your pace and with care.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Psychedelic experiences — whether in clinical, ceremonial, or personal contexts — can open deep insight, emotion, and even confusion. I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space to process and integrate what arose.

I offer:

  • Preparation support before legal or personal journeys

  • Post-journey integration to explore meaning and impact

  • Space to gently work with emotions, themes, and shifts

I’ve trained extensively in psychedelic-assisted therapy and offer psychological support within a legal and ethical framework.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is about bringing kind, non-judgmental awareness to what’s happening right now. It can be a powerful way to soften anxiety, increase clarity, and reconnect with your body and breath.

Together, we might use:

  • Simple breath or grounding techniques

  • Mindful noticing of emotion or sensation

  • Strategies to stay present during difficult moments

I integrate mindfulness gently and accessibly, and you don’t need any prior experience to benefit from it.
