Psilocybin Assisted Therapy & Integration
As a Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator, I offer Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy as an intentional path toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and growth.
While PAT can be a powerful doorway, it is not the right fit for everyone.
Together, we will thoughtfully assess whether this path aligns with your needs and goals.
Psilocybin-assisted therapy services are available to adults 21 and older who meet eligibility requirements under Colorado’s Natural Medicine Program. All natural medicine services are provided in accordance with Colorado regulations.
Psilocybin-assisted therapy may be appropriate for:
Patterns that insight-oriented therapy alone hasn't been able to shift
Personal and transpersonal growth: deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual exploration
An intentional, holistic process
Psilocybin-assisted therapy is more than the medicine itself — it's a process that combines preparation, the experience, and integration. For those who choose this path, psilocybin can help create a state of openness and insight. It's one of many tools, and together we'll carefully determine if it's the right one for you.
Discover what’s best for you
If you're curious about psilocybin-assisted therapy and whether it might support your healing or growth, I invite you to schedule a consultation. Together, we'll explore your options and find the approach that resonates with your journey.
Colorado has established a regulated Natural Medicine Program allowing eligible adults 21+ to access psilocybin services through licensed facilitators and licensed settings. My services are provided within this regulated framework.
Individual & Group Work
We heal in relationship.
Individual work is a deeply personalized process, paced around what you're carrying and ready to look at — a good fit if you have specific material to explore, or simply feel more comfortable working privately.
Group work is something different: being witnessed by others, and witnessing them in turn, can be part of the healing itself. Groups are held intentionally and with real attention to safety and pacing, though group work isn't inherently "more effective" — just a different shape for it.
Preparation and Integration
Preparation is about creating the conditions for meaningful work—clarifying your intentions, becoming familiar with the terrain, and building a trusting relationship that can hold whatever emerges. It’s a time to begin turning inward, while also remembering that this work is never only about the individual.
Integration is where we begin to listen for what your experience is asking of you. We make space for what was beautiful, difficult, confusing, or unexpected, and explore how it might be inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself, with others, with the natural world, and with the parts of you that may have been forgotten or left behind. This is less about finding the “right” meaning and more about remembering, reconnecting, and allowing something new to take root in the way you live. It unfolds over time, in the days and weeks and relationships that follow—not in a single conversation.
I currently hold a Colorado Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator License. Happy to answer questions in a consultation.
